Brian Schulte12 September 2026My son's truck wouldn't start, so I called at 1:30pm on Saturday and Craig was kind enough to immediately go to the vehicle and look at it to make sure it wasn't a bad connection or battery. Unfortunately, it wasn't and he prompted towed vehicle to local repair shop. Charge was incredibly reasonable especially considering Saturday afternoon service. Great service and communication he was speedy and quick to get my door un locked and left door looking good as new with no damages. Michael Vanderpool4 July 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On July 3rd, 2026, during an extreme heat warning, my family member—who does delivery work as an independent contractor just like me—had their Prius completely die. No engine, no electrical, nothing. The car was stuck on a busy commercial business property and needed to be moved fast. I was 15 miles away and immediately turned around, knowing time was critical. TV news had just reported that a car sitting without air conditioning in that heat could reach 124°F in under 30 minutes. This was a genuinely dangerous situation. Multiple relatives suggested Thompson’s Towing, and when we stopped at the supercenter, an associate there also highly recommended them. Turns out everyone was absolutely right. Thompson’s was hands down the most affordable towing service in Saline County / Marshall, Missouri—but don’t mistake that low price for any lack of quality. They were the most professional, had the latest equipment (clearly capable of handling much bigger vehicles and trucks than ours), and their response time was honestly incredible. Before we knew it, the car was safely towed to Newton’s Auto Repair. My family and I remain so grateful for how responsive, skilled, and fair-priced Thompson’s Towing was in a moment that could have gone very wrong. If you need a tow in the Marshall area, do yourself a favor and call them immediately. They’re the real deal.Posted on Google
